Shipping Policy

DUCA delivers fragrance decants across Pakistan through available courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the customer's city and courier service.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges will be shown to the customer at checkout before the order is placed.

Free Shipping

Orders of Rs. 3,500 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING within Pakistan.

Orders below Rs. 3,500 will be charged the applicable delivery fee shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

The customer pays the order amount when the parcel is delivered.

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

- Name
- Phone number
- Complete delivery address

DUCA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or affected by a courier issue, DUCA will coordinate with the courier to resolve the matter.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
